Refund Policy

Overview

At I Would Never (IWN), we want you to love what you ordered — but we also keep things clear and consistent. Please read carefully, because the rules for IWN Edit (new retail) and Pre-Loved (consignment) are different.


IWN Edit 

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • Window: You must initiate the return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, accessories, intimates, gift cards, and anything explicitly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges: We don’t do traditional exchanges. If you want something else, return for store credit and place a new order.


Pre-Loved (Consignment)

  • Final Sale: All Pre-Loved purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Condition: These items may show gentle signs of prior love. By purchasing, you accept them “as-is.”


Process

To initiate a return (for IWN Edit only), email iwouldneverclub@gmail.com with your order number. If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your credit.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate and make it right.


Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds.
