By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.

 

  • IWN Edit (New Retail): Eligible for store credit only if returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Sale items, accessories, intimates, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • Pre-Loved (Consignment): All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted. These items may show minor wear consistent with pre-owned condition.

 

 

 

 

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

 


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Liability:

 

  • For IWN Edit items, liability is limited to the store credit you paid.

  • For Pre-Loved items, all items are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for lost packages, shipping delays, or your outfit emergencies.

 

 

 

 

Section 14 – Indemnification

 


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IWN and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.
